Halloween becomes an opportunity for enchantment, not just festivity. It's a celebration where spooky elegance and playful whimsy coexist. We design these gatherings with dramatic, moody lighting, vintage black lace, and mysterious drapery. Centerpieces glow with black candles amid antique props that suggest forgotten stories. To add height and intrigue, we stack classic novels beneath serving platters, titles like The Tell-Tale Heart, Dracula, and The Haunting of Hill House. Our floral arrangements deepen the spell with blood-red roses, black dahlias, and amethyst orchids, paired with twisted branches and antique vessels. Signature cocktails such as the Witch’s Elixir and Witches’ Brew Punch are visually stunning and theatrically served with dry ice. The menu features charcoal blini with crème fraiche, and caviar, pan-seared duck with blackberry-port reduction, and lush charcuterie on slate trays. Thanksgiving is a celebration of gratitude and grounded abundance. Our approach blends timeless warmth with refined artistic touches. The aesthetic leans into cozy richness, featuring rust, garnet, and antique gold tones in asymmetrical floral arrangements made of café au lait dahlias, golden mums, dried grasses, and fruiting persimmon vines. Table settings are curated with velvet-wrapped napkins, handwritten menus, foraged leaves as place cards, and layered china. For buffet presentations, we incorporate wood, copper, and stoneware, elevated with wooden wine crates and floral clusters. Every detail from layered linens to candle groupings and edible garnishes creates a heartfelt, story-rich ambiance. The menu honors tradition while embracing creativity: roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, and cranberry sauce sit beside sweet corn pudding with a browned butter crust, oyster and sourdough stuffing, and brûléed pumpkin tartine with burrata. A mini pie buffet concludes the meal with visual and culinary charm, offering everything from classic pumpkin and apple to more adventurous flavors like cranberry curd, chocolate bourbon pecan, and pear with cardamom.
Christmas is the crown jewel of the season, a celebration of beauty, memory, and joy in its most magical form. We invite clients to explore one of three distinct styles, each rich in atmosphere and storytelling. For those who love timeless tradition, the Classic Elegance theme embraces crimson and forest green, evergreen garlands, tartan linens, and polished silver under chandelier light. The menu includes prime rib with rosemary jus, truffle gratin, and heirloom butter cookies served with mulled wine and Champagne cocktails. For a more whimsical approach, our Nutcracker Dreamscape theme transforms the space into a sugarplum fantasy with pastel palettes, mirrored trays, antique ornaments, and floral designs in blush and gold. Guests enjoy delicate bites like pistachio-crusted lamb, rose panna cotta, and almond milk punch under shimmering candlelight. The Victorian Romance theme evokes Dickensian charm and literary nostalgia with deep claret and plum tones, velvet-draped settings, and florals accented with dried citrus and spices. Guests are treated to juniper-glazed duck, figgy pudding and port wine cocoa served in etched glassware.
